Nongsa Digital Town x Web Imp

Earlier this month our Minister of Trade and Industry, Chan Chun Sing announced the launch of Nongsa Digital Town, located in Batam. This tech park is aimed to digitally bridge tech companies and talents in Singapore and Indonesia.

We are honoured to be invited to be a panel speaker for this grand launch. As a panel speaker, we were able to share with everyone our experience on hiring talents from Indonesia and how it benefited Web Imp and the tech industry as a whole.

As one of the companies that holds tenant in this digital park in the earlier years, we are proud that we could successfully build a strong tech and creative team there in Nongsa. So far, we have employed 20 talents varying from designers to developers since 2017. We recently added a customer support role as well.
