A new chapter for Web Imp: Acquisition

Earlier in May 2021, Web Imp has been acquired by VE Capital Asia, one of the fastest growing management consulting firm with deep technology capabilities in Asia. VE Capital Asia aims to be a one-stop integrated solutions provider to dominate the Internet Technology Industry by acquiring tech companies with strong foothold. Web Imp was the first to be officially acquired by VE Capital Asia as one of their tech powerhouses. 

Web Imp was incepted in 2014 with a purpose: to incubate and catalyse the growth of businesses through technology. We enable digital transformation through intuitive UX/UI design, reliable web and mobile development, and cost effective digital marketing campaigns.

Throughout our 8 years in the tech industry, it wasn’t always smooth sailing. We had endless late nights, made many mistakes and learnt to be better with every mistake we make. We had our ups and our downs, from a small team bouncing ideas off each other, to clinching the award of “Best Tech Company to work for” in 2019.

Today we are proud to be a full suite tech firm which works at the intersection of design, marketing and technology – delivering impactful solutions to organisations. At over 20 members in our team, we are still growing and pushing boundaries.
